OLD CATTON - 2015
Mr & Mrs Mallett
With their original windows and doors starting to look a bit aged, Mr & Mrs Mallett saw it as a perfect opportunity to get these replaced for brand new windows and doors.
Creating an eye-catching entrance to their house the black composite door not only looks great but is more thermally efficient than their original PVC door whilst also being more secure. The glass design and chrome furnishings give the door a modern and stylish look to it.
The white framed windows add to this clean and modern feel to the property. The bedroom windows were fitted with restrictors, for that extra bit of reassurance. This was essential, given the fact they have 2 children.
The new patio doors, at the rear of the house, provide a perfect viewing area for their garden and when opened will provide a large opening, perfect for the children running to and from the garden.

Claire Nolan – Orangery
Miss Nolan wanted a room that can be used all year round, whilst also gaining from a considerable amount of natural light. On the initial appointment, Miss Nolan stated that utilising the space at the side of the house was something she wished to focus on as she did not want to lose any garden area.
With this in mind, we designed the orangery to extend off the side of the existing living room and from the rear of the garage. The preferred choice of frame colour was Rosewood externally and white internally. Not only to match the existing house frames but the with the inside being white, this creates more internal light.
The layout and design combined with Miss Nolan’s decorating makes this makes orangery the perfect place to catch up with a few friends over a glass of wine or two or just simply relax on your own and catch up on your latest boxset.

Mr & Mrs Parfitt - Pergola
Mr & Mrs Parfitt wanted to be able to sit outside, come rain or shine, and enjoy their garden. The perfect answer? The Pergola.
The pergola lets you enjoy the outdoors without any worry of the weather. They chose the Rosewood colour to match the existing windows on their home. The two posts provide structural stability to the structure, without blocking any of the view.
The Sunshade Blue glass reduces the solar glare as well as protection form the elements. This allows you to enjoy the clear skies of summer or the stars at night.
The decking area is the perfect finishing touch for relaxing or entertaining friends.
